Digital Product Policy

All purchases on Guidedge are for digital PDF downloads that are delivered instantly upon payment. Because the product is intangible and immediately accessible, we generally do not offer refunds once a download has been initiated.

Refund Eligibility

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged but did not receive a download link
  • The file you received is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • You were charged more than once for the same product

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, all sales are final.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@guidedge.co with your order details (the email address used at checkout and the name of the guide). We respond within 2 business days.

Download Link Expiry

Download links are valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase. If your link expires before you download your guide, contact us and we will reissue it at no charge.

Intellectual Property

All content sold on Guidedge is for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the content without written permission. Each purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable licence to the content.

Payment & Security

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Guidedge does not store your card details at any point.
